We completed the purchase of our home for the future two days ago. This wonderful, Grade II listed cottage in St Dogmaels near Cardigan is on the Teifi estuary and from the steps at the bottom of our lawn we can walk down to the water’s edge. Today the sky was cloudless and the views across and down the estuary were spectacular.

We had spent five years looking for such a location. Not only had Carol, after we had commissioned her, found the ideal property within one week, she had persuaded the owners to bring their plans forward and sell to us.

She has shared in our excitement in finding such a terrific home and she has been there to help us through the valuation, survey, discussions with the local council, negotiations with the vendor and if we asked, I suspect, she would have turned the key to let us in today.
