Homefinding

  • Our searches combine investigation of all existing properties on the market with our network of contacts and knowledge of the area

  • Crucially, we identify off-market opportunities that may be suitable

  • We view and shortlist properties we think suit your needs and produce reports with detailed commentary,  photos, personalised feedback and recommendations

  • Throughout the search we regularly review and refine our activities with you via email, phone and video call as needed

  • We accompany you to view your selected properties

End to End Support

  • Once you choose the property you wish to purchase, we will manage this for you by conducting the negotiations

  • We co-ordinate third parties such as solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, architects, builders, removal companies

  • We oversee the whole transaction process from acceptance of your offer right through to exchange of contracts, with regular updates.

  • Our legal completion rate for retained clients far exceeds the national average due to our level of attention to your purchase

Previewing

  • We can save you time and expense in travelling to view a property you have found currently for sale

  • We view and photograph the property with its access, approach and environment included

  • Focusing on your preferences, we provide a report to you with a follow-up discussion as required
