If you choose to instruct us, a small retainer fee is charged up front which is later refunded from the final fee. The final fee charged on a full property search is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price, or of the negotiated saving between asking price and negotiated price.
Fees for other services such as for rental properties, previewing a house on your behalf, overseeing sales, orientation tours or a negotiation only service will be stipulated on an individual case basis.
