…Over in Wales, Pembrokeshire offers some of the best coastal value for money in the UK.

This big coastal village – more like a small town – has seen prices fall by one percent in the past year, to an average £291,000, but over five years it has enjoyed a comparatively impresive 18 percent growth, according to Hamptons.
