North Cliffe in Tenby is Pembrokeshire’s most expensive street with an average property price of £595,000. (This is according to the Land Registry and is based on the mean of all sale prices in 2014. Streets with fewer than three sales were excluded).
This may seem an enormous sum to pay but, when comparing this to Wales’s most expensive street, Sanderline Way in Porthcawl where the average price of a property is £800,000, it seems slightly less excessive.
Now compare the price of an average house in North Cliffe to that of the most expensive street in England and Wales, South Eaton Place in Belgravia, London where townhouses go for an average of £9.9m, and North Cliffe suddenly appears to be a bargain!
At present Meadown Farm, North Cliffe, a 3 bedroom equestrian property with stables, 15 acres of land and a licensed camping site with stunning sea views, is on the market with Fine & Country Estate Agents for £795,000.
