She saved us many a lengthy journey by doing so much of the preparatory work for us which meant that we were able to find a property during a single one week visit. Somehow she seemed able to keep her eye on what was happening with our transaction whilst simultaneously giving her full attention to many others, reporting back on progress, giving a gentle nudge wherever one was required, and generally managing the seemingly unmanageable. Her local contacts and knowledge have been invaluable and the personal service continues, putting us in contact with all manner of useful trades and crafts in order to turn our house into our home.
