Coast at Coppet Hall near Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire has been named Restaurant of the Year for Wales 2015, just 18 months after opening.
With celebrity chef, Will Holland, at the helm the restaurant has gone from strength to strength and being named Restaurant of the Year for Wales at the annual AA Hospitality Awards in London, the hospitality industry’s equivalent to the “Oscars”, was just the latest in a string of accolades for Coast.
Coast’s sister hotel, The Grove, just outside the bustling little town of Narberth, was also honoured; becoming one of just three new 4 Red-Star hotels. The boutique hotel also won The Pride of Britain Hotel of the Year Award earlier in 2015.
