A new beachside restaurant with stunning views out over Oxwich Bay, Gower has opened its doors with Welsh head chef, Hywel Griffith, in the kitchen.
Hywel has previously worked at the Lanesborough in Knightsbridge, the Chester Grosvenor and Ynyshir Hall near Machynlleth. More recently he has been head chef at the Freemasons Arms in the Ribble Valley which is currently the highest rated pub restaurant in the Good Food Guide.
The Beach House, which seats 60 in the dining room with a further 50 guests on the terrace, is the new venture by Neil Kedward and Zoe Agar, the pair behind the very successful eateries, The Grove, Narberth and Coast Restaurant, Saundersfoot, both in Pembrokeshire.
As with their other two restaurants, the menu will rely on top quality local produce including local crab, mackerel and lobster.
If you are thinking of moving to Gower, or buying a holiday home there or in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire or Ceredigion, give West Wales Property Finders a call on 01834 862816.
