But this year, for the first time, more than half of London leavers selling a home in the capital are heading beyond the ring surrounding the capital, according to Hamptons…..

The number of Londoners house-hunting in Pembrokeshire and Wrexham has climbed by 79% and 76% respectively. With average house prices of £234,300 and £201,520, they are amongst the most affordable places on the list.
