Carol Peett, the managing director of West Wales Property Finders, says: “In country areas the must-haves are big eat-in kitchens with Agas, walk-in larders, formal dining rooms with an open fireplace, and large utility rooms with butler sinks. For coastal areas, terraces with glass balustrades, hot tubs, and built-in barbecues that capitalise on the view, are the must-haves. Kitchens and living rooms with bi-fold doors are also a requisite. Turn-offs are uPVC conservatories and windows, and kitchens with no views.”
