St Davids itself is mostly just a pit-stop for good food and to stock up on surfing gear from Crew, Fat Face, Unsunghero and Ma Simes surf shop.
Regulars to the Pembrokeshire coast tend to avoid the B&Bs in town and camp, either in their hired vintage VW campervan, or at an eco-campsite – there are more luxury yurts in this part of Wales than sheep. Well, almost.
