According to Carol Peett the most popular address is Lexden Terrace, a grade II* listed Georgian row overlooking Harbour Beach and South Beach. An impressive five-bedroom villa with a one-bedroom flat and gated private parking is on the market for £875,000. Crackwell Street, a cobbled street running up from the harbour, is also popular, but less expensive, as houses have no parking. A similar property is available for £775,000.
