Coast Restaurant, on the beach at Coppet Hall, Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire, has been named one of the top five seafood restaurants in the UK by Conde Naste magazine.
For a restaurant which has been open for just one year to win such an accolade is immense. The restaurant has celebrity chef Will Holland, previously a Michelin star holder at La Becasse in Ludlow, in the kitchen and was launched by the team behind the excellent, Grove Hotel & Restaurant, Narberth and the Hean Estate. The Coppet Hall development which houses the restaurant is a weathered cedar, environmentally friendly building and recently won the tourism and leisure category of the RICS Wales Award 2015.
